Interior designer Louise Anderson has joined the team at Tara and Co to help prospective sellers make the most of the potential they have to sell their house.

Louise has been based in Leamington for the last 2 years after completing her training at Warwickshire College.  She works with many clients across the county and had been providing her Home Appraisal service in London for a number of key clients before she moved to Leamington.

Vik Tara, managing director of Old Town's Tara and Co (situated in Clemens St.), has set about the task of improving how best to help customers in the demanding process of selling their house.

Along with their team of resident experts, advising on all aspects of house sales, he's now teamed up with Louise to give his customers that professional and experienced eye on how to make the most of what you have in your house. And what's more he'll pay for the consultation.

"We chose Louise for her experience in providing this service previously and the quality of her work", Vik stated.

Louise aims to visit every customer who signs up with Tara and Co and offer them a free consultation on how a lick of paint here, a move of furniture there, more or less pictures on the walls and all the other many points that can help make a sale so much quicker and more profitable, are highlighted. She'll go further than that and sit down with clients and help them plan their changes. Customers can even hire key accessories should they be needed to help 'spruce up' the house when it's on the market.

Louise says it generally doesn't take a lot of work (or cost) to change an average room to an absolute stunner - one that will impress those prospective buyers and turn that prospect into a sale.
"Part of my interior design training is based on this whole principle of highlighting the positive features and aspects of every room in the house and arriving at practical and cost efficient solutions and ideas. It can make such a difference." She added.

"This is just the start of the way we want to develop Tara and Co. Over the next few months we have plans to add other concepts to help our customers to sell their houses." added Vik. "Louise, will bring a level of professionalism to this important and often underestimated aspect of house selling".
