Pring our initial visit we offer advice regarding your property; specifically, what will make it more attractive to potential buyers or tenants. We also offer advice on local estate agents and provide tips on marketing your property. After this visit, you will receive an itemised estimate in which we detail what needs to be done and how much the project will cost.

The initial consultation should take no longer than 1 hour, at a standard rate of 75.00GBP (this will include travel to the property, taking measurements and photographs and generating the estimate).

We have two fee structures for our interior design services. The first being based on our hourly rate of 50.00GBP, or alternatively we charge a daily rate of 350.00GBP. However, if you wish to use our service to carry out the necessary works, then the consultation charge will be deducted from your final bill.

We also offer a service where we can advise on interior design, decoration, colour consultancy, soft furnishings, fabrics, room layout, use of space and accessorising. This will be charged at the normal hourly rate of 50.00GBP.
